Preliminary provisions

These regulations specify the rules for the provision of services by electronic means consisting in providing the content of the website www.skriware.com and a chat available on the website

The Service Provider is Skriware SA with registered office in Warsaw (postal code: 01-217), ul. Kolejowa 21, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000933322, NIP: 5213687934, REGON: 36072181200000, email address: [email protected].

Definitions

Website – the www.skriware.com website.

Chat – the chat available on the Website.

Internet User – a service recipient using the Website and/or the chat.

Skriware – the entity referred to in Article 1, paragraph 2.

Regulations – these regulations.

Agreement – an agreement for the provision of services by electronic means consisting in providing the Website and handling of the Chat.

Conclusion of the Agreement

The Internet User concludes an agreement with Skriware through visiting the Website. The agreement shall be terminated upon leaving the Website.

The service consisting in handling of the Chat shall begin upon sending a message in the chat by the Internet User. The provision of the service shall be terminated upon finishing the Chat conversation.

Types and scope of the provided services

The Service Provider shall render the following services by electronic means:

β€’ the provision of the content of the Website

β€’ the handling of the Chat, i.e. providing it on the Website and replying to the questions asked by the Internet User in the chat;

β€’ consideration of the complaints submitted by the Internet User.

Conditions of the provision of the service

The Internet User shall be obliged to use the Website and Chat in accordance with the law and decency with respect to personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.

The Internet User shall be obliged to enter data consistent with the facts.

The Internet User shall not provide illegal content.

The services specified in Article 4 shall be provided exclusively online on the Website.

Due to the provision of the services exclusively online, the Internet User shall accept the necessity of providing at its own expense and responsibility access to the Internet, computer equipment and software enabling the use of the Website and Chat. The minimal technical requirements for the use of the Website and Chat are as follows:

β€’ an Internet connection;

β€’ one of the following web browsers in its newest or the one directly preceding the newest version: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera;

β€’ computer equipment enabling the compliance with the requirements set forth in the previous points.

Complaints procedure

The Internet User is entitled to submit a complaint regarding the use of the services via email at: [email protected] or using the Chat.

A properly submitted complaint shall comply with the following requirements:

β€’ a complaint should enable the identification of the Internet User submitting it;

β€’ a complaint should include a comprehensible description of the problem underlying the complaint.

Skriware shall review the complaint without delay, but in no case later than 14 days of receipt of the complaint, by notifying the person submitting the complaint of the result of the review.

Intellectual property

All content provided on the Website is protected by copyright and it is the property of Skriware. The Internet User shall be liable for any damage to Skriware resulting from the use of the content without the permission of Skriware.

Liability

Skriware shall not be liable to the Internet User or third parties for any damage related to the use of the data provided on the Website or given to the Internet User in a conversation in the Chat.
